As the monetary portion of each response is processed and prepared for deposit, recognition engines are at work. These engines move handwritten comments, check boxes, make requests and changes, and notes for Data Entry operators in our unique donor-services workflow.  

As a result, the data file incorporates all updates, including gift or non-gift details, special handling flags, name and address changes, donor preferences, special intentions, email addresses, phone numbers, premium requests, donor status, mailing frequency, attributes and any special handling instructions.
